With a strong ambition for 2024 this is a perfect time to join the team as CRM Marketeer and be at the helm of conquering the shaving market.

Your role

In this position you take the lead in bringing our retention & loyalty to the next level. Your core focus is on building the best customer experience with the objective to maximize CLV by increasing order value and frequency through cross and upsell. You are also an essential member of a growing Marketing team and together with other specialists you help determine our overall strategy.

This is the perfect position for a data-driven person with a proven track record in customer value management and the ambition to grow into our CRM Lead. Right now, we need your expertise to help redefine our marketing and grow our team and tool stack. A very interesting time indeed!

Your other responsibilities

  • Developing our CRM strategy to increase the growth and engagement of our user base significantly

  • Creating insights from data that result in strategies to improve engagement, retention and CLV

  • Applying a Customer-Centric approach to all our activities

  • Exploring new ways/channels to delight our customers

You are a match when you 

  • Have 3-5 years e-mail expertise in CRM

  • Have a track record of success in e-mail automation & hands on mentality

  • Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Are a data-driven person with strong analytical skills, able to create insights from data to form the foundation for strategies

  • Have experience with marketing automation platforms (preferably customer.io)

  • And finally, you are a hustler who likes to get things done
