E-commerce manager

ABOUT THE JOB
You will:
Manage and optimise our Shopify webshop
Translate customer insights based on data into smart improvements
Manage the development backlog and collaborate with AskPhill, track progress, and give feedback before updates go live
Write tickets for new features, bugs, and CRO tests
Analyse data and use various tools to identify pain points and optimisation opportunities
Monitor KPIs like CVR, AOV, and retention, report on them and keep improving
Make sure campaigns and promotions go live smoothly

ABOUT YOU
You’re data-driven and analytical, and you love building and optimising a successful e-commerce business
You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role — e-commerce, product ownership, or digital optimisation
You know your way around Shopify — experience with D2C is a big plus
You base your decisions on insights, not assumptions
You have experience with GA4, Converge, Clarity or similar tools
You’re tech-savvy and understand customer behaviour in the digital world
You’re strong in structuring, accuracy, prioritisation, and execution
You think in solutions and quickly turn ideas into action
Speaking and writing Dutch is a must
Bonus points for:
Experience with subscription models
Knowledge of marketing automation tools like Klaviyo
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or Shopify Liquid
