Your core focus is the change to an omni-channel business model, pivoting away from only online, which is an essential part of our journey to becoming the number one men’s grooming brand in Europe. 

You will take full responsibility for managing and developing relationships with key retail accounts. Your mission is to deliver profitable growth, secure strong distribution, and ensure that our brands are well positioned in-store. You will combine strategic planning with hands-on execution, working closely with colleagues across marketing, trade marketing and supply chain to make it happen.

Your key challenge is to create the optimal retail blueprint and road to growth for Boldking. You will be responsible, from start to finish, for finding opportunities, assessing the commercial viability and ensuring the right retail set-up (eg. Pricing strategy, promotional strategy, assortment). 

You will

  • Drive growth by developing and executing account plans for our retail.

  • Lead negotiations and secure agreements that strengthen both sales and brand presence.

  • Develop new partnerships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand

  • Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key customers and decision-makers.

  • Translate data and market insights into opportunities for growth and activation.

  • Ensure successful launches, campaigns and in-store execution together with internal teams.

  • Expand distribution, increase visibility, and strengthen our shelf presence.

  • Stay ahead of competitors and adapt plans to keep driving brand and business growth.
